The Cream of Chorlton

We all love flowers for their beauty, fragrance and colour, and it’s becoming more common to see them on our plates. Of course, edible flowers have been kitchen ingredients since Roman times, popular throughout medieval cookery, and documented in recipes by Hannah Glasse, till the Victorians spurned them, but the 20th century saw a rebirth of floral ingredients, and nowadays it’s hard to find a cheffy dish without a scatter of petals.

Please call my Chorlton office on 0161 882 2233 if you wish to book a viewing on one of our fantastic properties, or if you wish to book a FREE market appraisal on your property.

'Start by doing what's necessary; then do what's possible; and suddenly you are doing the impossible.'

Kind regards
