Streets Ahead


We’ve had a cracking year here in our Chorlton sales office throughout 2016. As December becomes a vibrant month, both on the high street and the social calendar booking up quickly. Here at JP & Brimelow we believe that Christmas is a great time to put your property on the open market, selling in the winter is not for everyone but there are obvious benefits for some.

Defiantly food for thought as the last quarter here in my office is one of my busiest throughout the year. May home owners put thoughts of selling on the back burner until January, yet savvy sellers might be missing a trick as there is less competition and others take advantages of the internet traffic over the Christmas period (according to Rightmove the bustiest period starts from Christmas Eve).
