November Newsletter

November is now upon us. The clocks have gone back and the nights are drawing in.

November sees a busy month in Chorlton with lots of events and activities taking place that will suit all of the family - Spectacular Bonfire Night event at Whalley Range Cricket Club, Chorlton Book festival, which JP & Brimelow are a proud sponsors of, you can get your personal I LOVE Chorlton Book Festival shopping bag for a small donation from Beverley and her team at the Chorlton library, the bake off at the Post Box Café on Wilbraham Road, and many more..........

2013 has seen a great year for buyers coming back to the market place and with the 'HELP TO BUY' scheme being brought in at the end of 2013 to help people get on to the property ladder. 2014 is looking extremely positive and upbeat.

We have had a fantastic year in 2013 as a Company and we have looked at new ways of working to what you want from us . In 2014 we will be launching New Branding, working closely with many different local sports clubs/independent businesses, to promote them within the local community to potential vendors and buyers, adapting ways to suit the market by offering open house viewings, extended office opening hours, late night viewings and still having more staff available to deal with your enquiry throughout the working week.

As we head into 2014 we will keep you update with an excellent selection of properties coming available within the Chorlton (M21),Firswood, Old Trafford and Whalley Range area (M16). I'm also very excited at promoting our new area of Stretford and the ability to offer all (M32) post codes the chance to be marketed from my office here in Chorlton. We have now 'I LOVE M32' shopping bags to add to our collection.

Kind regards
