Autumn is one of my favourite times of the year in Chorlton. As the nights draw in and the trees change colour, Chorlton looks as fabulous as ever.

In terms of the property market, instructions are up by over 15% on last year and the rental market is seeing similar growth. This week we are delighted to promote local independently owned café in the heart of Chorlton, (The Post Box Café, Wilbraham Road, next door to Chorlton Post office).

We are also currently in the process of upgrading our 'Prestige Package' - changing our boards, literature and sales services, and we are very excited to say this new Prestige service will be launched very soon.
